End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee” or “you”) and Selvakumaran Krishnan (“Licensor”) for the software product wmWebStack (“Software”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

2. Grant of License

The Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for personal and commercial purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

4. Ownership

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is with you.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
